Founded by a marine biologist with over 15 years of international experience, C-Adventures aims to connect people with the coastal marine world through immersive, science-based outdoor activities.
Our mission is to inspire awareness, curiosity, and action for the protection of marine ecosystems, by fostering meaningful encounters with nature grounded in scientific knowledge.

Carlos J. Moura is a marine biologist with a PhD and nearly 20 years of experience in scientific research on marine biodiversity across the Atlantic, including Europe, Africa, and the Americas. Passionate about ocean conservation and science outreach, he is also a certified surf instructor, lifeguard trainer, and scuba diver. His mission is to connect people with the sea through meaningful, science-based experiences that promote awareness, respect, and stewardship of marine life.
